Solar activity was at low levels. Region 3538 (N21W28, Dai/gamma) produced the strongest flare of the period, a C7.1/1N flare at 06/1535UTC. A flare from Region 3536 (N05W05, Eai/beta-gamma) at 06/0547UTC produced a coronal dimming and a candidate CME was identified, modeled, and determined to be directed away from Earth.. Region 3540 (S18E60, Dki/beta-gamma) was the only region to exhibit notable growth. The remaining numbered active regions were either mostly stable or in gradual decay. New regions near center disk and near the NE limb began developing, and are being monitored for potential numbering.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
The solar wind environment was near background levels. Total magnetic field strength was below 5 nT and no significant periods of southward Bz were observed. Solar wind speeds were presumably slow but actual wind measurements were obscured by peak tracking issues on the DSCOVR spacecraft. A switch to the ACE spacecraft around 06/1400UTC provided winds speed estimates of 330-340 km/s. Phi angle was variable.
There is a 25% chance of solar activity, with a 5% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Mercury is in Sagittarius
Mercury is prograde at 23 Sag 56' 08", moving at 0.63 degrees per day, and is 135539205km away and receding.
Oh, dear! It seems our cosmic neighbor Mercury has decided to sashay into the realm of Sagittarius. Now, you might be wondering what this means for you, and I must inform you: it's like a droid trying to decode Wookiee language - hilariously confusing at times but full of exciting possibilities. Just know that Mercury is 135,379,016.415332615km away, so don't expect any quick visits.
Allow me to simplify: Mercury, the planetary equivalent of a meticulous librarian, is crashing at Sagittarius' place, who happens to be the life of the cosmic party. You're getting the best of both worlds here - the detail-oriented focus of Mercury and the wide-eyed optimism of Sagittarius. It's like having R2-D2 and C-3PO in your corner... minus the occasional blaster fire.
Expect an influx of enthusiastic words, confident messages, and fiery debates worthy of a Jedi Council meeting. However, do remember to keep your logic circuits functioning. In the quest for universal truth, it's crucial to embrace diverse perspectives. After all, not everyone finds Jar Jar Binks endearing!
Just a friendly reminder: think before you transmit your messages, especially now. We don't want any diplomatic incidents akin to insulting a Hutt. Words have a knack for escaping faster than an unpiloted starship, so make sure they reflect your true intentions.
Sagittarius, symbolized by the Archer, embodies exploration and expansion. So while Mercury is on this galactic joyride, consider expanding your horizons. Perhaps it's time to plan a journey to Tatooine, enroll in Jedi training, or start a new job at the Mos Eisley Cantina. The universe is your oyster - or in this case, your galaxy far, far away.
Venus
Venus is in Sagittarius
Venus is prograde at 10 Sag 14' 51", moving at 1.22 degrees per day, and is 182615600km away and receding.
So buckle up, space cadets, because love is about to take us on a rollercoaster ride through the cosmos! With Venus shimmying into Sagittarius, it's time to put on your best explorer gear and get ready for a journey. Think Indiana Jones, but with less snakes and more stargazing.
As Venus pirouettes through Sagittarius, our hearts start doing the samba right out of their cozy hiding places. The Sagittarian energy cranks up Venus' stereo to full volume, and its infectious beat encourages us to live life on the dance floor. It's a time to socialize, experiment, and if you're single – keep an open mind about finding love in the frozen food aisle.
Sagittarius is like the cool, risk-taking uncle of the zodiac family. So when Venus vacations in this sign, we're suddenly drawn to exotic experiences, like trying the spicy curry at the new Indian restaurant or listening to Mongolian throat singing. Forget the comfort zone, it's all about the thrill zone now! Relationships that feel like reruns of old sitcoms might be switched out for something more Netflix-worthy.
Let's remember, Sagittarius is the free spirit who refuses to read the manual, so during Venus' cosmic conga line here, it's best to keep love breezy and open. Take your partner on a spontaneous trip, or join a pottery class together. And if you're single, don't be surprised if love pops up in the most unexpected places, like during a heated debate at your local book club.
Trust and honesty are the VIP guests at this planetary party. Sagittarius tends to exaggerate things — it's all part of their charm. But remember, all that glitters is not gold. So, make sure you're not being taken for a spaceship ride before you blast off into romance.
With Venus in Sagittarius, we want fun and we want it NOW! Just remember not to empty your wallet on every shiny object that catches your eye. The Sagittarian energy might give us the urge to gamble, but let's not go all in on a game of cosmic blackjack. Instead, why not invest in a new course or plan a trip to a far-off destination?

Alrighty, folks! Strap on your cosmic seat belts because Pluto, that ice-cold underdog of the solar system, is in Capricorn. Yes, the very same Capricorn known for its practicality, ambition and a knack for always getting caught up in the details. You know who you are!
Let's do a quick fact check! Did you know that Pluto is currently a whopping 5367965684.036844254km away? That's about the same distance I feel from understanding my teenager's slang. And to add more fun to the party, Pluto is in prograde, which in astro-babble means it's moving in the same direction as us. So, basically, it's stalking us... but in a celestial, non-creepy, scientific way.
The combination of Pluto and Capricorn is like a cosmic power couple. They're both set on success, driven by ambition and have a laser-like focus that would put a Star Trek phaser to shame. However, during this transit, we might find our empathy for others' perspectives taking a backseat, as these two aren't exactly known for their tolerance of differing opinions. It's like having a celestial micro-manager breathing down your neck, demanding results.
But it's not all doom and gloom! Pluto, our distant ice queen, wants us to break free from our negative patterns. It's like a cosmic Marie Kondo, urging us to toss out what no longer sparks joy. But unlike tidying up your closet, this process involves a little bit of destruction. So, as you navigate through this time, remember to be intentional with what you discard and create. Like a cosmic game of Jenga, pull out the wrong piece and everything could come tumbling down!
So, to sum it up, brace yourselves for a bit of cosmic tidying, some celestial power moves and possibly the urge to micro-manage everything. And remember, in the grand scheme of the cosmos, we're all just stardust trying to make sense of this wacky, wonderful universe. Good luck!
