Solar activity was at moderate levels. Despite relatively meager growth, Region 3547 (N19E05, Cso/beta) produced the largest (and only) M-flare of the period: an M1/Sn flare at 12/0258 UTC. Region 3539 (N10W69, Dao/beta) had some reorganization of spots as it made its way to the western limb, but was only responsible for a few C-class flares. Region 3541 (S22W22, Dai/beta-gamma) was split into two regions, with new Region 3552 (S23W14, Cso/beta) being assigned to the new, more easterly group. New Regions 3550 (S16E21, Bxo/beta) and 3551 (N25E50, Bxo/beta) were also numbered, but were inactive.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
Solar wind parameters were nominal. However, values observed by the DSCOVR spacecraft were suspect. Solar wind speeds were between ~475-500 km/s, total field strength averaged near 4 nT, and the Bz component underwent only weak deviations. The phi angle oscillated between the positive and negative sectors for most of the period.
There is a 20% chance of solar activity, with a 5% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Mercury, our favorite celestial chatterbox, just hitched a ride into the vast realm of Sagittarius. Now, this is a bit like Sheldon Cooper trying to explain quantum physics to Joey Tribbiani. Mercury loves its details, but Sagittarius? It's all about the big picture, baby! So, as we traverse this cosmic tryst, don't be surprised if you find yourself dreaming grand dreams that make Elon Musk's Mars colonization plot look like a backyard camping trip.
With Sagittarius' boundless optimism fueling Mercury's communicative prowess, expect everything from boisterous debates on whether aliens prefer pineapple on their pizza to passionate discourses about the future of renewable energies. But remember, my stargazing friends, in all this cosmic hullabaloo, do keep a grip on your reasoning. Sagittarius might be fun at parties, but it can also turn a harmless gossip into a game of 'Telephone' where 'I like your hat' ends up as 'Your cat's under attack.'
Oh, and here's a pro tip for surviving Mercury in Sagittarius: Invest in a muzzle or a handy roll of duct tape. Sagittarius has a habit of turning Mercury into a runaway train of unfiltered thoughts. We've all had foot-in-mouth situations, but trust me, you don't want to end up swallowing your entire leg. So, before you blurt out that your boss looks like Spongebob in a suit, take a deep breath, count to ten, and maybe...don't.
On the bright side, Sagittarius is the cosmic Indiana Jones, always seeking the next adventure. With Mercury tagging along, it's the perfect time to daydream about that backpacking trip through the Amazon, or enrolling in that online course on theoretical astrophysics that you've been eyeing. Just remember to keep your feet on the ground (and maybe keep a detailed map handy).
So buckle up, fellow space nerds, it's going to be a wild ride! Mercury in Sagittarius is here to teach us the art of dreaming big while minding the small details, like not forgetting your keys while you're off chasing rainbows.

Hold on to your beakers, stargazers! Our fiery friend Mars is making a grand entrance into Saturn's structured playground of Capricorn. Forget about chasing rainbow unicorns in dreamland. It's time to trade in those rose-tinted glasses for a sturdy pair of safety goggles. Mars in Capricorn is like a cosmic pep talk from Spock, urging us to logically evaluate our current situation and plot out our next steps with precision and purpose.
But fear not! This isn’t a call to transform into emotionless robots. Rather, it’s an invitation to combine Mars’s fiery ambition with Capricorn’s practicality. Think of yourself as an interstellar Indiana Jones, questing after the Holy Grail of Efficiency. This is the perfect time to dust off old plans and give them a new, effective spin. Or better yet, to boldly go where you've never gone before and set some exciting new goals.
Now, we all know that both Mars and Capricorn have a love for a good workout (even if it’s mental gymnastics). They’re not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty - metaphorically speaking, of course. So, don’t shy away from starting new projects or tackling that half-finished model of the Millennium Falcon sitting in your garage. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour!
But wait! There's a plot twist. While Mars in Capricorn can give us the strength of a sci-fi superhero, it can also sneak up on us like a villain, tempting us to become overly ambitious, stepping on others’ toes as we climb our way to success. Here's a pro-tip: Keep your inner Darth Vader in check by practicing compassion and empathy. After all, even Spock knows the importance of understanding others' feelings.
So, whether you're a Trekkie or a Star Wars fan, remember to channel the best of both worlds during this transit. May Mars in Capricorn be ever in your favor!

Saturn is in Pisces

Alright star gazers, hold onto your telescopes because we're about to take a cosmic ride around 1.5 billion kilometers out into the universe! Why? Because Saturn, our favorite celestial taskmaster is currently chilling out in Pisces, the dreamy sign of the zodiac. What does this mean for you? Well, think of it like this: Saturn is that nerdy, organized friend who always has a spreadsheet for everything, and Pisces is your free-spirited, artsy buddy who can't remember where they last put their phone. Imagine these two sharing a dorm room... Yeah, things are about to get interesting.
If you've been daydreaming about writing a book or opening a business, now's the time to start figuring out the details. Think of Saturn as your personal life coach, pushing you to turn those fuzzy dreams into a concrete plan. And believe me, with Saturn involved, you're going to need more than just sticky notes and wishful thinking. We're talking full-blown business plans, budgets, and maybe even a loan application or two.
But be warned, having Saturn in Pisces can feel a bit like your dad suddenly barged into your bedroom and started questioning why you have so many posters of unicorns on the wall. It might feel intrusive, it might even make you defensive. But remember, Saturn is here to help. He's like that annoyingly helpful character in every sitcom who, despite their irritating know-it-all attitude, actually gives good advice. So, open the door, roll your eyes if you must, but listen to what he has to say.
Now, with all this serious planning going on, you might find yourself feeling a bit restless or anxious. After all, Pisces rules sleep and dreams, and it's hard to get a good night's rest when your brain is running on overdrive. So, remember to take some time to chill out. Meditate, take a walk in the woods, practice deep breathing, or even take a nap (but keep a dream journal handy!). Your brain needs downtime to process all the changes that are coming. So, tuck yourself in early, and let Saturn in Pisces guide you to the land of dreams where your subconscious can do some of the heavy lifting.
So there you have it, folks. The universe is giving

Neptune
Neptune is in Pisces

Pluto
Pluto is in Capricorn
Pluto is prograde at 29 Cap 44' 51", moving at 0.03 degrees per day, and is 5371370162km away and receding.
Alright, stargazers, gather round and hold onto your lightsabers! Pluto (no, not the adorable Disney dog, but the far-off icy dwarf planet) is making a grand appearance in Capricorn. It's like watching Darth Vader stroll into a PTA meeting - unexpected and somewhat intimidating, but you can't deny the allure of that dark, brooding charisma.
Now, both Pluto and Capricorn have a certain... intensity, shall we say? They're the kind of folks who walk into a room and say, "I find your lack of faith disturbing," before rearranging the furniture (and perhaps Force-choking a few naysayers). They don't tolerate fluff, and they've got a laser-like focus on success. So, if you start feeling a bit more ruthless than usual, blame it on this cosmic combo. Just remember, not everyone shares your newfound affinity for black capes and world domination.
But here's where the real magic happens: Pluto isn't just about power plays and intimidation tactics. It's also about transformation. And it's not always the easy, "I've decided to start yoga" kind of change. No, it's the kind of change that feels like you've been tossed into the garbage chute with a Diagona (that's a trash compactor monster for the non-Star Wars nerds).
In other words, Pluto wants us to take a hard, honest look at our lives and chuck out anything that's as useful as a screen door on a spaceship. Yes, it might feel a bit like you're being thrown down a reactor shaft, but remember: it's not about destruction, it's about making room for rebirth. So, embrace the process. And hey, if you happen to find a new appreciation for dark, brooding capes along the way, who am I to judge?
